  Excellent service received from the seller.Great communication, ordered on the 11th and arrived on the 15th. Very well packaged.Lovely quality sponges received, along with care instructions for prolonging the life of my sponges, and a bit about them.A real nice touch, i have been purchasing sea sponges for many years which i usually purchase when on holiday in Greece. Unfortunately i have not been able to visit for a few years now.Hence my purchase from Embracing Nature Shop. Highly recommend.

  The seller is very considerate, responsive, great communication and super aftersales support was excellent. I did not see my order and it was tracked as delivered. The seller responded to me promptly and dispatched another one, offered me to keep the one in transit as a gift.   Adam the seller was brilliant and sent the item straight away via Evrie. They delivered this today which was super fast and i appreciate the discount i got from the seller who kept me updated plus the tracking was spot on.
