  My experience with the seller was good, but not with eBay! The seller uses eBay shipping which is auful. I placed my order on Aug 1st based on the estimated delivery time of Aug 19 – Sept 1 shown in the eBay listing. Today is Sept 11, and I still haven’t received it. !!! This was meant to be a gift for my daughter, who is leaving on a long trip on Sept 12, so I will have no use for this item now because she is leaving tomorrow and I also had to buy her a new backpack and spend more money. SHAME

  The seller, Monica did excellent customer service. I never recieved my item through some error with the USPS delivery. I notified her , that I hadn’t gotten my item yet. She immediately sent out a replacement order, using USPS PRIORITY MAIL, Thank you. I would order from this seller again, A-PLUS👍.

  Excellent experience. Shipping was quick, packaging was very good and the item was just as pictured. Excellent price and I am very happy with this brand new item!

  It was an ok transaction. Seller did not provide tracking info, and after some time I reached out to them about it. They were weirdly overly apologetic, saying they were going to refund the whole cost of the item because it was never sent. They never did that, but the item did show up two weeks later. I don’t think the bottle was full. I have ordered 5 mL oils and you can tell when the bottle is full. Won’t buy again.
