  Item shipped quickly. USPS however leaves a lot to be desired, but item arrived safely. It was well packed. Item is as described and in good playable condition. I must say I am impressed at how responsive and helpful this seller is. She answered my queries quickly and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with the package.   Great purchase! Exactly as described. Although it is a jewelry box the dimensions worked with my Barbie house and it looks great. Music plays and record turns,very life-like...   Though there was a little confusion with the purchase (a mixup with shipping labels), she fixed it RIGHT AWAY, and was so professional, quick to communicate, and made the whole thing so easy that I would definitely buy from her again! Also, the boots are AWESOME and look exactly as the photo described, and I am very happy!
