  The seller sent a BNC cable instead of the pictured (correct) cable. I contacted seller and it took them 1 day to reply. I requested a return of incorrect cable and shipment of correct cable. They agreed, then 6 days later (on the 10th) responded that they need an email address to return the item to ship a correct one. I responded on the 10th to simply refund and return this one. I purchased elsewhere. As of 4/23 (13 days later) I still don't have the return label or refund.

  Excellent seller!!! I made a mistake and listed the wrong address and it was shipped back. They reached out to me for the correct address and sent it back out super quick at no additional charge. Fabulous service when it was my mistake.
