  Evri made a right mess of the delivery, and ended up returning the item to seller. The seller could not have been more understanding, and issued a full refund. I would rate seller 10/10, and would certainly use them again. I don't have the same feelings about Evri.

  Earpads came a day later than estimated, but as decribed. Earpads could have been contained in a small plastic bag rather than loose in an envelope.
