  These are beautiful mugs and just as pictured. They were packaged well, shipped promptly and arrived on time per tracking. They were a great price and I love them. Unfortunately, one arrived broken despite the careful packing. The seller was very responsive and when I messaged her about the broken mug, she immediately refunded more than1/3 of the original selling price of all three mugs. This seller is very kind and values her customers and I'm sure I'll be back to her shop again.

  The jacket arrived quickly and was as described. The only negative was some items left in the pocket (used tissue and lipstick, food wrapper). Shipping was fast and the jacket was packaged well.
