  Good vendor. Item arrived as described and when promised considering the shipping was after a severe east coast weather pattern, including snow. Lots of email updates on scheduling and rescheduling delivery. Am a little disappointed that is a $20 price drop since I ordered last week.

  The wrong size van cover was initially sent. The seller agreed to exchange for the correct size but did not cover the return shipping. The seller said a 15% discount would be provided for a future purchase instead. Communication was decent and second cover arrived timely.

  Although I ordered 2 covers, I was only shipped 1 due to inadequate stock. They were quick to point this out and offered to replace the 1 with another color or refund. Good communication and quick responses.
