  Good quality TV at an excellent price. However when it was delivered, I found the frame of the TV was damaged. The seller was very apologetic and immediately offered refund and the TV's return. He always kept me informed, especially what time the courier was due to collect the TV. I found this seller went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly, and I can highly recommend him .

  Item wasn't in stock, despite paying for it and it showing as last one. Seller initiated a refund, they did offer me another model, but it wasn't suitable for my needs. I would still recommend this seller however.
