  I am very pleased with this purchase. From the messages I had with Marla she was able to send me more pictures of the ring and we came on a price to make a deal. She shipped it through UPS and insured it as well. Packaging came in a little back gift box. The ring was just as described, it looks really nice for its value! I appreciate the customer service Marla provided me and I would buy from this seller again! Overall was a great experience and I would recommend this seller!!

  Tom (seller) has an excellent collection of unique and high quality jewelry pieces--he provided a more than fair price on a Tiffany & Co ring that was shipped very quickly and arrived just as described in very nice packaging. He was very responsive and the customer service was excellent. I now regularly check in on any new jewelry pieces he's selling and I'm excited to be a repeat customer.

  Great value for 14K 3D charm. Quick service/delivery; arrived safely in nice jewelry box. Seller needs to communicate when customers ask questions, however. Overall, very positive transaction.

  I will leave a neutral comment. Packaging was very good. The items were exactly as advertised. I felt that the item was a good value. The downside was the speed (or lack of) from the time these items we're shipped was excessive. I purchased a similar order after this one from another seller on a Saturday and that arrived the fowolling Wednesday. The items from this seller arrived the next Saturday. I would advise anyone purchasing to not order from this seller on a non business day.

  Purchased on Friday 6/27 after orders were shipped. Our 24 hr time was Monday 6/30, would be aware when he placed his order.Never requested Saturday shipping. Order was shipped on time and we upgraded to Priority. Tracking showed order shipped on time. Fri 7/4 was a holiday so received on the 5th. None of this is within my control. He threatened us via email that he couldn't wait to leave us a bad review and warn other buyers. Threats are not acceptable and eBay is aware. Sellers beware
