  Item was shipped out quickly, the shipping company misrouted and sent it all over the U.S., as a result the box had come open and some of the hardware was missing. Contacted seller and they quickly sent a replacement hardware packet. Appreciate the great customer service and standing behind the product! Highly recommend, would do business with again without question!

  Great experience!! Despite my confusion of sizing and ordering ,the seller was super prompt on communication and letting me know they would be happy to help any way possible. Extremely fast shipping, perfectly packed and the price was more than resonable ,product is exactly as listed and I'm so happy with my purchase.

  I simply asked the vendor when the item would ship so I could schedule with my plumber when to be available. So they cancelled my order and told me if I wanted it faster to pay for expedited shipping. I'm in the same city they are in. I would not buy from this person at all. Just cancels your order because you asked a question.
