  I ordered seven glasses. Three of the seven were shattered upon arrival. The packaging was inadequate. I messaged the seller, but I never received a response from them. I requested that they send three additional glasses or refund me for the three broken glasses.

  ❌ Not only is this seller utterly incompetent because THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, but upon acknowledging that they sent the wrong item, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Have no confidence that you will get your item and be ready for a hassle and for the seller to keep your money. They want me to send the wrong item back before sending me my item or refunding me. I’m not spending my time and money to fix an issue I didn’t create! BUYER BEWARE 🛑 I’m out money and got nothing unless eBay steps in!

  Buyer beware. Item arrived incomplete & not working, despite listing condition saying otherwise. Said would refund, but had nowhere to do so, then never responded to follow up messages. Had to re-purchase elsewhere & now have to go through ebay to try & get refunded.
