  Outstanding customer service and communication. Very good at answering questions. Excellent shipping time. Very fair price. I like the fact that it is warranted since it was an open box item in case I should have a problem with it in the future. I highly recommend the seller.

  New as described, correct item received, packaging could have been more protective (lightweight box). Shipping was late - sat in status of USPS waiting for it from shipper for almost a week, and it ended up actually shipping after the stated delivery window was over.

  Customer service is 5 stars on its own! They were helpful with something I ordered by mistake and sent me the part I did need! It arrived 4 days later and looks exactly like the picture.
