  Outstanding customer service and communication. Very good at answering questions. Excellent shipping time. Very fair price. I like the fact that it is warranted since it was an open box item in case I should have a problem with it in the future. I highly recommend the seller.

  Shipping took over 2 weeks, for $19.99 should have been 2-3 days. Seller could have communicated why it took so long, I had to ask what was taking so long before any tracking or shipping info was updated. Other wise v10 motorhead is good.

  10/10 experience. Product was brand new as described. Priced well, some clearly used models from other sellers were more expensive! The shipping was lightning fast. Ordered late Thursday evening and the product arrived Monday.

  New as described, correct item received, packaging could have been more protective (lightweight box). Shipping was late - sat in status of USPS waiting for it from shipper for almost a week, and it ended up actually shipping after the stated delivery window was over.
