  Firstly, the seller's communication was great, the harp was well packed and arrived quickly. But it was not the same as the one in the listing and it was damaged slightly. I asked to return it - they clearly didn't want me to do that. After various negotiations I settled for a partial refund. If you're thinking of buying one of these, be aware that it is a very poor quality instrument. Hard to tune and levers too stiff to use.

  Item as described. I had to pay additional postage, which delayed delivery. Not sure how I'd feel about that, if this was a brand new item. However, the total I paid is still reasonable, and the item will be suitable for its intended purpose.

  Lovely belt and buckle but ordered the wrong one due to photos not totally accurate.. however, messaged the seller who agreed with me and I’m waiting on them sending a replacement. Excellent customer service and you can’t ask for more than that. Nice and friendly service.
