    Item was as described and works. Packaging was first rate as was getting it posted. However, through absolutely no fault of the seller, Pitney Bowes, Ebays UK shipping partner are a joke. That is why the postage costs and time get one star, if there was a rating for their tracking it would get minus 5 stars!

    Product was in perfect condition as described, in safe packaging. Due to Christmas holidays it did arrive slightly late, though that wasn't the sellers fault and they kept in contact with with me and were very helpful. 10/10 would buy from again.

    Due to my inability to check descriptions I bought the wrong thing but they were very understanding and helped me with the technical aspect of the product, the product was in good condition as described it was used but definitely worked, I managed to return it and buy the correct product I needed with no worries about how the next one will arrive, good seller definitely recommend
