  Item arrived quickly and mostly as described. Listing described as factory fresh but the tape on box had been cut; however, the product inside appeared still new and works great. Good communication with seller

  Poor packaging resulted in damage to my item during shipping. The vendor went out of their way to make things right. When I build my next cinema room, I will be looking at their items. You rarely find customer service at this level today.

  I am sorry for the damage caused in shipping. We pack all our items at FEDEX and use their premium packaging service for fragile packing. I have complained to the manager at the FEDEX location. As you saw in the pictures I sent on the message, the subwoofer was in mint condition when we shipped it. It seems the packaging person was incompetent and didnt do enough needed to get it accurately packed. As you saw , I also offered that i send you a replacement Episode 12 inch subwoofer at no cost!
