  Brand new Simplisafe outdoor camera arrived in excellent condition and worked the first time out of the box. It was priced very competitively and the seller was prompt with shipping the item. Thisis the third camera I’ve bought from this seller. The first was perfect like this one. The second one arrived in a badly damaged carton from the US postal service. The video unit worked but the sound module was defective. The seller made the return simple and painless and promptly refunded my payment.

  The camera was in great condition, as described. I had no issues adding this additonal camera to my current security system. The camer came packaged well and shipped quickly. Great price for the camera. Would order from this seller again.
