  Great seller and great product! I loaded it onto 2 separate computers without and issues. I reached out to the seller with a question i have and they were on the spot helping to get me an answer.   Shipping was extremely fast, I was surprised because it said 3 weeks and it arrived in less than a week. It looks just like the picture, good quality and great condition, the price was fair as well as I have seen this exact bag much pricier. It is a very beautifull backpack.

  First, free shipping was very fast and I was happy because I was setting up a new computer. I found the installation and activation instructions to be confusing as they described six steps, but mine apparently did both after the first two. Seller responded promptly to my query and indicated that product was ready to use.
