    Very good seller, communicative, fast response times (under 1 hour), laptop had cosmetic damage to bottom cover that I was not told about but issue was dealt with well by the seller and I was given a partial refund. Great value. Product did arrive unclean but wasn't hard to clean up so not a bother. Product arrived quickly. Great seller, would buy from again..!

    I recently purchased a used laptop from this guy. It was priced for value and it arrived promptly, within two days. It had been well packaged and looked like a brand new one.     Fast delivery, laptop is as described, a few scratches here and there (as per description) but other than that it works perfectly at a bargain price. It was delivered fast. Very happy, thank you! ps although it was not in the description it turns out that it has a touch screen as a bonus so I'm even happier!
