  I ordered a Smeg oven rack. It was well priced. It arrived on time, but despite being well wrapped/packaged, it arrived with a rung bent out of shape and the weld broken. I contacted the provider immediately and they offered a refund or replacement. I accepted the replacement offer. That has now arrived safely and undamaged, even though it had less wrapping /packaging.

  Does the job well packaged professional business. useful videos to prevent throwaway society of chucking your washing machine away when you can fix it yourself and save money and most importantly our environment. Great comms shame the royal mail were extremely slow for one item i needed more than anything else, ultimately it arrived late so I was rather smelly by that point with a mountain of dirty washing haha! Thanks for good service minus the snail royal mail!

  Item received was not as shown in image. Contacted the seller, they didn't acknowledge the item being incorrectly represented and instead condescendingly implied I had ordered the wrong part. Absolute no accountability taken, doubled down when challenged, rotten customer service considering the mistake is entirely theirs.

  The product is exactly what I wanted. Thank you. However, I found the collection of the parcel a bit stressful. I went to the local Argos store to pick it up and the first member of staff stated that I needed an FM number. I did not know what this was but looked at my eBay account without success. Fortunately, the second member of staff found the parcel easily and then scanned the bar code. He told me to check my eBay messages and I found a message with the FM number. This all took a half hour.
