  Seller does not answer messages. Seller shipped item in a bag wrapped with tape. Seller did not try to protect item at all. Item came box crushed and damaged. Item was "new" but due to negligence of seller, item is damaged. Do not do business with this seller.

  SUCKS! Lists NEW Ryobi 12 AH Battery & charger. "Condition" says "new," says new &12 AH in title & listing. Priced like 12 AH. Ships OPEN BOX Ryobi 4AH (NOT 12) battery & charger. Contact him & replies I'll get back "tomorrow." CRICKETS! Not even response during ENTIRE 3 days after I open return. Hours AFTER I could ask eBay to step in, belatedly offers partial refund that would reduce price on battery I do NOT need to barely normal eBay price. Had to ask eBay to step in 4 RETURN.
