  Pretty much mint condition. I wasn't home when it arrived, and it came in a 'Quest' brake pads box. My mother is the one who picked it up, and she was confused as to why I purchased brake pads, but it was funny more than an inconvenience. The shipping was good (last time I bought a pen, the mailman just threw the box, and it broke the pen). It was as described in the listing, as well as in direct messages. I honestly expected less, considering it was only 14$, but it was better comparably.
