I had a an issue with this locomotive. Not only did asked me right away the issue. I tried to trouble shoot it. He asked me to return and he would look at it. Sent back very simple fix he explained what issue was (loose side rods). Fixed sent it back two day. Great to find an honest helpful EBay salesperson. Definitely 5 stars.
