  I tried multiple times to get a refund on this item as it was not delivered to me. The tracking info says it was delivered to a different address and it shows it delivered before I ever placed the order. Clearly it is not right. Since I am getting no response from the seller, my only recourse is to leave negative feedback. This is a first for me in many years of buying on eBay.
