    wrong size sent first time, second time, again wrong size. was told to keep the first package, which was very good of them. The second time they offered me some money back if I kept the package as they did not have the correct size left. All in all good communication with them

    Ordered twice with this company as first order was not as described. The measurements in listing are not correct. When I pointed this out, they agreed. So they then sent a replacement order which was also incorrect. That said, had no problem receiving refund fir both orders, just such a waste of time.

    Received with thanks excellent communicator had a slight problem with hooks however they did amend the issue. It all worked out good in the end I would recommend this seller for that reason.

    As Described Fast Delivery Very Good PKG. Arrived Rolled in a Strong Cardboard Packaging. Item is Not as Expected As it arrived in TWO HALFVES Thought it would be ONE Pole One Long Length!
