    I did have a problem with this rainbow moonstone cabochon. The seller did help me out with customer service on this piece but not on the other item I had an issue with. Shipping was very fast. Thought packaging was good it came in a container well wrapped but the gemstone was broken. But was satisfied with the help of the seller giving me a refund. Thank you

    sadly, this stone was broken on arrival, despite what looked like safe packaging.The other stones in package arrived safely. The company quickly responded and refunded me. I would therefore recommend them for quality and prompt customer service, if something does go wrong.

    Seller nailed it! I always place really large orders, and i meticulously go through each stone and leave feedback on each one after. After going through all 43 stones, each one was perfect, well wrapped, and exactly each stone that I chose arrived. It is my pet peeve when sellers swap the stones, and send me stones that I didn't order because they double listed stones. This seller packaged stones perfectly, and every stone was perfect!! Thank you thank you!!! Very happy customer 💜
