I contacted the seller, the seller responded very quickly, and adequately responded to the situation. Money was refunded immediately.   Received it surprisingly fast. Item description was good - additional information qualified it enough that the NIB classification of the item was understandable even if not completely accurate to what I would expect. (The picture was of a full NIB with original package but they disclosed that it would be missing part so getting an opened package was not a surprise based on the condition however ad was not visually or classified correctly.) Was completely honest just not accurate. Good Sale.

  Bonjour le parfum est bien arrivé et très rapidement avec FeDEx avec la possibilité de voir où se trouve le paquet il est parfait au niveau du goût vu qu’il date de 2010 il était très bien emballé et protégée je le recherche depuis 14 ans et c’est un rêve réalisé merci infiniment A*Men sunessence édition orage d’été 2 janvier 2025 je souhaite beaucoup de succès pour l’avenir
