Original item postage was not tracked which would be beneficial but not an expensive item hence the reason. Otherwise excellent service. Will use again. Thank you.

The number plate came in a jiffy envelope via royal mail so I would blame royal mail for this. He then wouldn't reply to my emails until I asked to return the item, as it wasn't fit for purpose. Eventually he agreed to resend a new one to me, that has now arrived also with a bend in it. He needs to re- think how he sends these items. Can't recommend this seller. :(((
