  Although I had to return the items as I no longer needed them, my experience with Ejia-Inflatables-Official Store was a very good one. The vendor was really accommodating and understanding. He replied quickly to all my messages and assisted me with the return, even though it was at my expense as stated on his page and which I knew it would be. He refunded me in full and I'm grateful for his cooperation. I would definitely do business with them again.

  Great communication from seller. Item was a little delayed in arriving (order placed Nov 11th - got the dome 14th Dec) but looks great and not sellers fault. Will order from seller again. Thank you!

  Living in the USA I was very worried about ordering it and receiving it. This company was amazing and costumer service was the best. Communication the whole time and it was a very good easy process. The product was everything they said and more. Do not hesitate to do business with them, 10/10 for me!
