    Unfortunately the watch was defective when received so I contacted the seller and was offered 3 very favourable options. A discount, return the watch to be serviced free of charge or a full refund. I opted for a refund and this was completed as soon as the seller received back the watch, which with eBay's easy return system went very smoothly. I'd like to commend the seller on their quick response in sorting out this matter and also for the fast despatch and extremely good packing of the watch.
