  Items as described, and delivered ... eventually (no thanks to UPS). Original shipment went missing and order had to be resent. Great communication with Hugh and no quibbles over having to send out again. Despite the delay this time, will happily use this shop again!

  Really great product and the customer service was amazing. Not only was a mistake found quickly but to get a phone call to ask my choice on the product to send was awesome I ended up getting my fav colour and didn't even notice the listing myself! Well done to the seller will be keeping my eye out on your products!

  Can’t fault the customer service! After an initial issue with the order I rang the seller who immediately rectified the issue leaving a very satisfied customer! The product was as advertised. Brand new, in the packaging!

  Fantastic customer service from this snall business. I had an issue with the item so sent a message to the seller, and within 2 minutes the seller had telephoned me in person. The seller then went out of their way to address the issue, updating me by telephone until the matter was resolved. They could not have been more helpful and it was so refreshing to have someone keen to communicate directly by telephone instead of sending endless text messages. Brilliant service.
