  Although I received a defective pair of speakers, the company I purchased from was very responsive and immediately resolved my issue. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement.   These speakers are fantastic. I received them quickly and the packaging was superb. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker. They look brand new and sound great, while not breaking the bank like a new set would! 10/10 would purchase again.

  I haven't had time to hook this receiver up yet, but it was shipped super-fast and arrived within two days. It was in the original packaging and is in perfect condition, and I got a great price on it. Great seller, I'd definitely purchase from this seller again. Thanks

  Literally everything about this transaction exceeded my expectations. First off the price is incredible for what is a flawless set of headphones in their original packaging. The shipping went out immediately upon the payment being rendered, was well packed, and did not take that long to travel cross-country. These headphones are exactly what I was looking for and I just tried them out and they sound incredible!! I would definitely buy from this seller again A++. Thank you!!!

  Fast shipping and great service. The original soundbar had a problem after an hours use. No fault of the seller. They immediately contacted the manufacturer and had me a replacement in 3 days. Great seller.
