  To be honest, my product arrived with faulty battery packs. However, the shop owner was quick to replace the item. Which I can appreciate as some shops do not even respond to these things. I do like to see customer service like this in making the customer happy.

  Everything was fine. I would like to suggest that you send something like this in a box instead of a soft envelope. Although it arrived undamaged, the box containing the item was a little mangled. Just a suggestion. All is good.
