  I bought it on March 24. Since the item MUST be shipped within 40 days, I expected it to be shipped by May 2. On May 5, the seller had not yet shipped it, so I wrote to him for explanations. He told me not to worry and wait because they had just finished their vacation(!), then he told me that they would ship it to me as soon as they received it from the manufacturer. This actually contradicts what the description says, that the item is in stock and and will be shipped immediately.
