  Shipment went off without a hitch and the packaging was quite good, the product was exactly as described and in excellent quality for an used product, heck perhaps even better, and the value for the purchase was unmatched, would happily buy again, excellent seller.

  I bought this used item and it turned out to be defective. However the seller sent several more without asking to assure that at least one would be in working condition, and they were. The seller communicated often to keep me updated. Excellent transaction and dealer!

  arrived on time and in good condition, packed tightly to keep things from moving, the print head needs some help but that's to be expected from the age of the printer. Would buy again with no issue. just as described.
