  I'd mistakenly bid on this item, thinking I was upping my first bid. But actually bid on another, similar Item same price from the same seller. Some quickly answered and babbled explanation on my part, the seller was very helpful, and allowed the cancellation of the second win. The first win was, well packaged and good postage. the item was as described, in new condition, so made great value for dollars. Thank you for your service.

  Clean flat undamaged stamp with postmark on piece, as shown in the illustration, well packed in a cut down stamp mount with lots of sitffener, posted next business day with excess postage refunded, good value purchase, a very good ebay seller.
