  Fixed my IMMO issue. ECU looks brand new and packaged very well. 4 stars for bad communication. Before purchase responds within minutes but once paid won’t get a response. Description even states that they’ll literally delay your package if you ask about shipping. Shipping was slow and shipped later than it’s supposed to but all n all this is great work. My dash says “SAFE” hiding the miles at all times but beats getting stranded.

  We have found if we respond to all shipping update requests it's normally not just an "oh ok, thanks" reply. It's "Why is this taking so long?", "Can you get it out any faster?" or "This is ridiculous!" responses. There's always a follow up question causing further delay. We've been feverishly working to improve ship time. Your unit is a little different because these units come as 06J907309 usually which makes them extremely difficult to ID. I'll message you about the SAFE on the dash issue.

  It's a great price if you have time to wait for it. it took longer than they posted on there description. Communication was also not the best but they did reply after a while. Ordered it Dec 20th didn't get it till Jan 10th. The part itself worked well and came with good instructions. Part was clean and looked brand new with all the proper tags on it. If I need another one and not In A hurry I would reorder from this seller again because of the price and quality of the part.

  I ordered this item for my truck they sent it to me text them and told him it was the wrong one they asked me to send mine and there's back to them and I've got no no answer from them I I text them and get no reply I would appreciate it if you can step in and find out where my part is or get my refund and my part back I cannot add any more pictures than I have the blue one is theirs and the red one is mine I really would like someone to please help me figure out what I can do to get my part back

  Very pleased, I reached out to the seller before purchasing the unit with a couple of questions and received a quick response that answered my questions exactly. Purchasing the unit was just as painless and it was shipped out sooner than I expected it, I received my unit several days before the estimated delivery date. I woiuld (and probably will) definitely purchase from this seller again.
