I alerted seller and they said they would report to USPS but things seemed odd. box was not badly damaged. After a few days and an unhappy client, I offered the seller a reduced price but would help with USPS investigation. Seller agreed and then responded professionally. I took until to a dealer and it is not perfect, but working well enough for my needs so overall happy based on circumstances.
