  The item, an antique piece of jewelry, arrived in a timely manner, packaged very well, and was exactly as pictured and described. Shipping cost was within reason and fair, especially considering the distance shipped. Though the item needed some repair, which was pictured and explained in the description, I felt its cost was within reason….it is quite beautiful. I am very happy with the entire process and purchase.
