  What a pleasure to deal with this company, the first delivery of solar panels were damaged due to very poor handling by the delivery company, I sent pictures and explained the situation to the seller and they immediately sent out replacement parts that arrived in just three days, no quibbling, no arguments or delays they just dealt with the problem in a very professional manner, I cannot recommend them highly enough 10/10.

  Item arrived quickly as described. Happy with goods and would buy again. A nice easy eBay purchase with an excellent seller. EVRI though beyond disappointing. Tracking showed - "we will deliver at … " then twenty min later " will try to deliver tomorrow.." again and again, four days later we got package left outside kitchen door. We were in but got notification of delivery quarter of an hour after receiving it. But that Evri for you.

  Verkäufer speziell zu empfehlen ! Käufer, bitte AGB beachten ! Linkes Bild zeigt, was der angeschlossene Akku beim Laden zeigt und das sind 0,0 A, Das Rechte Photo zeigt, was hätte angezeigt werden müssen, leider nur 0,0 A . Das mittlere Photo zeigt die maximal zulässige zu lafende Spannung. Also von meiner Seite alles in Butter. Bitte das Paket niemals auspacken, sonst ist der kostenlose Rückversand NICHT möglich. Bei Litium Lieferanten Rückvers. an die Unversehrtheit der Verpackung gekopelt

  Verkäufer hat sehr schnell verschickt. Leider Versand mit DPD. Hat aber über eine Woche gebraucht und hing im Paketzentrum fest. Hab dann die Annahme verweigert. (Hab anderswo nochmal neu bestellt, weil schneller) Verkäufer hat aber schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und das Geld war sofort zurück auf meinem Konto. Daher positiv für den Verkäufer. Neutral dafür, das der Verkäufer DPD nutzt. Aber negativ für DPD. Wer also keine DPD Pakete haben will sollte hier nicht bestellen.
