    Item was overheating upon arrival. Contacted seller immediately and provided photo for proof. Internal fan on item received was not working properly causing the overheating problem. Seller agreed to provide refund in 24 hrs. Now 18 days later and 4 messages to seller - no response and no refund. I have copies of messages with seller. I did not want to have to leave negative feedback to get a response, and will update if corrected by seller!

    "and will update if corrected by seller!" Your issue has been fixed. this was a mistake on my part I did not realize I ever finished the refund process before moving on to something else. I have page after page of good reviews for a reason. I normally don't make this mistake.
