  Order was not sent correct .But the seller was very very good in correcting the problem and customer service was the best. At first, there were some delivery issues—the initial shipment got lost in transit and never arrived, which I believe was more of a FedEx problem rather than the company’s fault. Thankfully, the company was very responsive and understanding. They quickly arranged a replacement shipment, and I was able to receive it without any problems.   Filter arrived as pictured, and described in the listing, filter is in brand new condition, and is working great, very good flow(compared to the one it replaced), Filter was the correct filter as listed, very much unlike the previously ordered Amazon warehouse filter where the product labeling was suspiciously different?, & filter was previous used(rust, debris present), and repackaged(purposely, made to look like it was new). Shipping of latest new filter was a bit dramatic?, but I'll take it!
