  This company actually did what they said they'd do! My package was not delivered it was stolen and when I reached out to them they immediately shipped a replacement item. Everything went smoothly. I use this water purifier and I need to replace the filter every 2 months. The hardware stores sells the same product for the same price as this company. The difference is this company sells 6 replacement filters and stores sell 3 for the same price. You will definitely get your money's worth. Thanks

  Product was as described and the price was good but shipping was slow. (11 days). I ended up buying a water filter from Lowe's for double the money while waiting for filters to arrive. I'm not sure who caused the shipping problem so I'll give the seller the benefit of the doubt but note the long shipping time.

  Customer service was above and beyond! I had a finger slip up and accidentally ordered without putting my coupon code in first. I explained the situation and they were very understanding and refunded the discount! They were super pleasant and professional and helpful.   Just what I needed at the best price on eBay. Packed well and shipped in three days but took much longer to get than expected as I bought from a seller only 40 miles away, but they were shipped three days later (on the day I was told that they should arrive when I bought them) from 2,200 miles away! I probably still would have bought these if I'd known that they would take so long to arrive, but this might have been nice to have known before I decided to buy them.
