I ordered the Power Station refurbished but looks brand new. You can't beat the price for what you're getting. The Power Station is small, lightweight and portable. My intended use is as a UPS for my mini desktop computer. I communicated with the seller 3 times with questions and received very quick replies. Upon examination it is pristine with only a couple of scratches on the inside. Price was dropped just a day after my purchase and before delivery. Upon contacting customer service they offered to refund me the difference. Excellent customer service and support. I’m very happy so far with the function and appearance of the product.
