  Great transaction! The communication from the seller is excellent. I asked many questions before I ever sent in my pcm ecm and they replied every time! When I decided to send in mine for repair, the process was easy, they sent me an email with instructions on packing and a prepaid mailing label. I gave them the engine codes that were pulled from my unit. They repaired it, sent it back promptly and I had Ford flash/update the software and install it. Working great! Highly recommend! Thank you!

  wow wow and wow this company is awesome they stand behind they word on they repair they gave me a time line if they is no issue with my module they 100% came threw ,,from shipping to receiving was so easy they repair time amazing ,the cost of the repair to customer service and the communication defiantly 5 stars ,i followed they instruction, i installed the module with no issues my car started to charge right away highly recommend this company they saved me money thank you so much

  Listing was to repair my ram 1500 computer that was no longer giving signal for alternator to charge. Same day as purchase I received a shipping label to send it to them. They also messaged me to get some details of what I checked and what was wrong. Once they received it within 2 days they told me what was wrong with it and sent it back along with instructions. I installed the computer last night and my truck is now charging again. Very happy with this service.

  I shipped my 2011 Infiniti QX56 PCM to ECM Guru for repair after it lost communication. They were quick to recognize that the internal components were damaged and beyond repair.   I just wanted to say that the customer service is outstanding , I had trouble finding exactly which one would fit my car .. and they sent me the link and answered all the questions I had. My package got here almost two weeks early than the expected delivery date. I highly recommend buying from ECM Guru!
