      Listing was to repair my ram 1500 computer that was no longer giving signal for alternator to charge. Same day as purchase I received a shipping label to send it to them. They also messaged me to get some details of what I checked and what was wrong. Once they received it within 2 days they told me what was wrong with it and sent it back along with instructions. I installed the computer last night and my truck is now charging again. Very happy with this service.

      I just wanted to say that the customer service is outstanding , I had trouble finding exactly which one would fit my car .. and they sent me the link and answered all the questions I had. My package got here almost two weeks early than the expected delivery date. I highly recommend buying from ECM Guru!

      I shipped my 2011 Infiniti QX56 PCM to ECM Guru for repair after it lost communication. They were quick to recognize that the internal components were damaged and beyond repair. Their generous refund policy was a pleasant surprise. Their customer service is great, and communication is very easy. They have my highest recommendation for their professionalism and support.       Sent my ECM to them and they were very quick to get to work on it. Unfortunately my ECM was unrepairable so they refunded my payment ( less the service fee) and shipped it back to me toot sweet. I asked what could be done to get my car going and they were quick to tell me what needed to be done. I would use them again if I have any ECM problems in the future. Very helpful.

      Service was outstanding! Shipping was fast and repairs were on the spot! received my ECM and my issues went away.I would definitely recommend their service for all your ECM needs.Communication was punctual and they did what they said they were going to do!

      The seller let me know that my computer was functioning properly and sent half of my payment back I appreciate honesty over anything they could have very well said it was fixed and did nothing to it and kept the full payment so in that itself I will be passing the sellers info around very fast response and shipped my computer back 1 day after receiving it !!!! Please continue the great work
