The seller responded quickly to my offer, but when she examined the shoes, she found some damage to the leather lining. She issued a complete refund but also sent me the shoes free of charge. They arrived today, professionally packaged and in record time. The shoes fit comfortably and look great!! I believe the lining can be repaired.
