  Exactly as described. Shipped USPS flat rate envelope and arrived quickly, though that’s not really in their control. I appreciate that the seller packed everything in a plastic bag, and put that in the envelope. My mail person left the package in the open where it got rained on. Packaging thoroughly soaked, but everything inside is perfect! Excellent value, got more fabric than I may ever need and I’m thrilled!
