    I originally received the wrong item from this seller and dreaded having to get it rectified since it was coming from another country. I have to say that my experience was exceptionally phenomenal! I contacted them, they apologized and said they would send the right item right away and that I could keep the wrong item. It was very kind and generous…things you don’t normally find. I just got the right item in the mail and it was perfect! I want to thank this seller…excellent customer service!!!

    The seller communicated promptly. We got the item a week early, as it went through customs very easily with the correct documentation! The collectible came with its original box and card. It was well packaged and came without any blemishes :) 10/10!!!!

    The case is as pictured, and super cute. I've had it for about a week so far, and have had no issues - the quality seems good, and I'm really happy with it. It came sooner than anticipated, which was nice. The seller also proactively reached out to me about an issue (the colour I'd ordered was discontinued) and offered a solution. This was a positive buying experience and a good product.
