  I really recommend this seller. Shipping was super fast and the laptop came well packed, so it arrived without any issues. The item was just like the description and the laptop works great.   Laptop received was packed well and shipped promptly,but had screen issues on bootup. Initial contact to seller was unanswered, however later reply was very apologetic that the request had been accidentally missed. The system was returned with full refund including shipping and prepaid label to cover the return shipping. Overall, I feel a simple mistake in communication was made but was later rectified. I ve actually reordered an alternate system from the seller based on this interaction.
