  Item was received "new" as advertised. Hozan has been making tools for many years and the quality from Japan is second to none. I was hesitent about ordering at first since the item was coming from another country. Rest assured, shipping was fast and smooth without any issues. The item was packed well and not damaged in any way. It is the best value for its intended purpose. I would by from this seller again.

  Didn't receive the item, the seller quickly messaged me after the order and let me know that they couldn't deliver it for the price because of a recent hike in customs import duties. They cancelled the order and refunded the payment. Unfortunate, but I appreciate their fast communication.
