  Package arrived, started the assembly process and realized the top of the carport had multiple holes in it from shipping damage. I never opened the tarp but the holes go through every layer of it multiple times. Contacted the seller to have a replacement top sent and they offered me a 10% discount on the product. I’m don’t want a discount, I want a carport that doesn’t have multiple holes in it. Evening else was fine in the package, I just needed a new top and they have yet to resolve this issue

  First one they shipped was damaged. Asked for a replacement and they promptly mailed me another one. Got the replacement in and it was also damaged. Horrible packaging and with the way the carrier just throw these boxes around it will make something this fragile break. Cheap material and cheap packaging I do not recommend at all.
